The hotel is situated in a fabulous location, with easy access to Christchurch old town and the ferry. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and newly decorated, offering all the modern amenities needed for a cozy stay. The service was top-notch, with fantastic assistance in finding the best deal and room. We enjoyed a delightful dining experience with a wide selection of buffet choices and a tasty cooked breakfast.

The up-market dinner menu was great contrasting the standard lunch options. The move to the river view apartment was a highlight, and I genuinely can't wait to go back.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was very spacious, clean, and plush, providing plenty of space for my travel cot. The service was top-notch, with all staff being friendly, efficient, and offering exceptional customer service. The location, overlooking the river with passing boats, swans, and swimming dogs, was wonderful. The dining experience was excellent, including an additional dessert and a special Happy Birthday treat. The facilities were great, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
